Connect or reconnect QuickBooks

Start in the private staff panel

This connection is for Bravos Soccer Academy's own QuickBooks company. Parents should not connect personal or unrelated business accounts.

1. Open the private Bravos master roster with an authorized Google account.
2. Choose Bravos → Operations.
3. Under System readiness, select Connect QuickBooks.
4. Follow the Intuit authorization link and review the company and permissions before approving.
5. Return to Operations and refresh the readiness status. Do not assume the connection is complete until authorization succeeds.

If connection is not available

The owner must first complete Intuit's production requirements, configure the app's production credentials securely in Google Apps Script, and register its exact OAuth redirect URI. Contact info@bravossoccer.com if you see a configuration error. Do not email credentials or paste them into a public form.

This public page provides instructions; it is not the OAuth callback and does not itself authorize access, create invoices, or collect payments. Reconnection uses the same private staff workflow.

Before authorizing

Read the end-user license agreement and privacy policy. You can later revoke the integration using the disconnect instructions.
