End-user license agreement

BSA Online and Payments · Bravos Soccer Academy

Effective when published. Version prepared October 1, 2026.

Purpose and scope

This agreement describes the permitted use of BSA Online and Payments, Bravos Soccer Academy's registration, family-portal, staff-operations, and connected accounting application. “Bravos,” “we,” and “us” mean Bravos Soccer Academy.

Please read these terms before using the application. If you do not agree, do not use it; contact info@bravossoccer.com or (818) 270-1121 to discuss another way to handle registration or records. These terms do not replace separately accepted soccer participation waivers, program agreements, or provider terms.

Who may use the application

Family-facing functions are intended for adults acting for themselves or as a child's parent or legal guardian. You must have authority to provide the information you submit and keep it reasonably accurate. Do not submit another family's records or use another family's private link.

Staff and accounting functions are restricted to people Bravos authorizes. Only a representative with authority over Bravos's QuickBooks company may grant or revoke the accounting connection.

Limited permission to use

Bravos grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the application for your authorized dealings with the academy. Bravos and its licensors retain ownership of the application, branding, and associated materials. This permission does not transfer ownership of your personal information or records.

You may not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, harvest player information, interfere with the service, submit malicious code, or use the application unlawfully. Legal rights that cannot be restricted by agreement remain unaffected.

Registration, bookings, and payments

A registration confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not by itself confirm payment, enrollment acceptance, or a reserved lesson. Availability, eligibility, payment verification, and staff confirmation may be required. Contact Bravos if any displayed record conflicts with your receipt or arrangement with the academy.

Program fees, package contents, scheduling rules, cancellation terms, and refunds are governed by the offer or program agreement provided to you, subject to applicable law. This software agreement creates no new fee, automatic charge, or separate refund restriction. A renewal response is not proof of payment.

External payment providers process payments under their own terms. Bravos staff must review unresolved payment differences; an accounting status does not guarantee final bank settlement.

QuickBooks and other services

The QuickBooks integration is for Bravos's own business operations, not a service for connecting unrelated companies. Authorized staff may use it to access relevant customer and service-item records, create and send approved invoices, and verify invoice and payment records. It requires a valid Intuit authorization and may be unavailable when that authorization expires, is revoked, or is incomplete.

Google, Intuit QuickBooks, Netlify, and other third-party services operate independently under their own terms. Bravos does not claim endorsement by Intuit or Google. You must comply with applicable provider terms when using those services.

Privacy and private links

Our privacy policy explains how application information is handled. Please protect passwords, private family links, and staff access. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Private family links must not be shared publicly. If you lose access or believe a link is exposed, contact Bravos rather than attempting to bypass security controls.

Availability and support

The application may be unavailable or show delayed information because of maintenance, provider outages, connectivity, or errors. It is not an emergency service. For urgent safety matters, use appropriate emergency services and contact the academy directly.

To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this agreement excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not waive rights relating to soccer participation or personal injury.

Ending access and disconnecting

You may stop using the application and contact Bravos about records or alternate service arrangements. Bravos may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect information, address misuse, or end an authorization. Where practical, we will provide notice and a way to resolve an access issue.

The authorized QuickBooks administrator may disconnect the integration using our disconnect instructions. Disconnecting does not cancel an Intuit subscription, automatically erase existing records, or change outstanding program obligations. Data-retention and deletion requests are addressed under the privacy policy and applicable law.

Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. Where required by law, material changes will receive additional notice or consent. California law applies to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

No mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver, or automatic renewal obligation is created by this agreement.
